Our performance in project management

 

 

In close cooperation with the customer, the project management is taken over by our project managers.

 

• ☞ Leading projects and / or subprojects for e.g. in the area of implementation new products on an existing production line.

• ☞ Leading projects or / and subprojects in the relocations of special machinery and production lines worldwide or in the plant (Project planning, travel organization, tools and relocation materials, organization relocation special machines such as cranes, forklifts, lifting and thrusting tools).

 

• ☞ Laeding and executing projects and tasks in "Task force" mode in special cases, if an exceptional deviation occurs and a return is only to be achieved with special tasks and under special conditions, which have to be defined.​
