COMMISIONING IN DETAIL

 

MECHANIC

 

• ✍ Fine alignment of the stations, transfer units, process modules and transfer positions of the parts to be processed.

ELECTRIC

 

• ✍ Check all electrical connections for function
• ✍ Setting function parameters for peripherals such as sensors (color recognition, temperature, pressure, etc.), bar code and data matrix encoder, cameras for positioning or quality control, etc.

SOFTWARE & PROCESS

 

• ✍ Setting the relevant process parameters, repeatability tests and execution of production process with the aim of meeting the acceptance criteria.
